LOS ANGELES (AP) — Billionaire Elon Musk and actress Talulah Riley are making another attempt to end their second marriage.
Riley filed to divorce Musk on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Musk filed for divorce on New Year's Eve in 2014 but withdrew the petition seven months later.

JOHNSTOWN -- The bellowing sound of a pipe organ hasn't been heard at St. Mark's Episcopal Church for 80 years.
"We've had electronic organs since 1936, but even the electronic organ that we had in ‘77 was also destroyed," the Rev. Nancy Threadgill said.

One man is dead after driving through a guide rail and then going down an embankment in Rostraver Township Friday morning, state police said.
According to a press release, Joseph Troyer, 35, was traveling in the left lane east on I-70 west of State Route 51 around 7:45 a.m. State police said Troyer turned across the right lane of travel and drove through a guide rail.
The press release states that Troyer then drove down a steep embankment and struck a tree on the passenger side, causing the vehicle to flip over on its roof. Read More...
