NEW YORK (TND) — A man was attacked by three suspects who were armed with a machete in New York Thursday afternoon, according to authorities. A spokeswoman for the New York Police Department said the man, who was not identified, was stabbed in both legs around 1 p.m. The spokeswoman also said three people were arrested in connection with the attack. PITTSBURGH (AP) — Mylan has agreed to pay $30 million in a settlement tied to its failure to tell investors about a Justice Department investigation into whether the company overcharged Medicaid for the EpiPen.
