Toddler killed after being run over by rideshare driver

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (WOAI/KABB) — A toddler is dead after being hit by a rideshare driver on Houston's Far North Side. The deadly accident happened just before 1 p.m. Sunday outside a home off Waverly Drive near Beltway 8 and Hardy Toll Road. Clarion River competing for Pa.'s 2019 river of the year

COOKSBURG, Pa. — The Clarion River is one of four waterways in Pennsylvania competing for 2019 river of the year. Waterways nominated are the Clarion River, Conodoguinet Creek, Delaware River and Lackawanna River. The Clarion River meanders through narrow valleys and hardwood forests in Clarion, Jefferson, Forest and Elk counties for 110 miles.
