2nd UPDATE |CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Cambria County coroner Jeff Lees had identified the victim of Saturday's fatal motorcycle crash on Scalp Ave.
Lees say 53-year-old Kirk Young, of Windber, was reportedly ejected from the motorcycle after colliding with another vehicle along the 1600 block of Scalp Ave.
Authorities say Young was transported to Conemaugh Hospital where he was pronounced dead in the emergency room just before 11 p.m. Saturday. Read More...
SCRANTON (WOLF) — Following Mayor Cognetti’s letter yesterday asking Greyhound officials to suspend service to Scranton during the COVID-19 pandemic, company officials say they will be honoring the request.
“The City of Scranton commends Greyhound on its prudent decision and thanks its leadership for working together to protect our community,” said Mayor Cognetti.
