INDIANA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Humane society officials say they were called to help capture nearly 40 dogs found roaming a property after the alleged owner had died.
Officials with the Cambia County Animal Response Team (CART) say state police responded to a property in southern Indiana County Thursday.
