Last month, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled against two Clearfield County hunting clubs who had filed a lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Game Commission over surveillance issues.
The court found that the Game Commission was allowed to use cameras on the clubs’ property without a warrant because of legislation that dates back to the 1920's.
Now the clubs’ lawyers plan to appeal.

STATE COLLEGE -- State College police are looking for two men who are accused of a burglary at Penn Towers on Feb. 4.
Police released surveillance footage of the two men who they believe are involved.
Police said the two broke into an apartment and broke several items before vandalizing a mural in the lobby.
