UTAH (WPEC) — Noelia Voigt, who was crowned Miss USA last year, announced she is stepping down from her role, citing the need to protect her mental health. In an Instagram post, Voigt made the announcement Monday, saying she would resign and put down the sash and tiara she won in November while representing Utah.

ALTOONA, Pa. (WJAC) — Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish, in Altoona, has once again built its annual Presepio scene to honor the birth of Jesus.
The display differs from the traditional nativity scene in that it features a wide array of items that comprise it.
The holiday display is based on the Presepios in the churches of southern Italy.
Presepios are unique because they are technically always ‘growing.’
