BELLEFONTE, Pa. (WJAC) -- A former Centre County judge has found himself on the other side of the law, again.
Former President Judge Thomas Kistler was charged with DUI last fall and placed in a special probation program known as ARD. It's a program used for first-time offenders. But now, Kistler is accused of violating the terms of his probation by recently consuming alcohol.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Officials with the Cambria County District Attorney's office confirmed to 6 News that a Johnstown mother who is accused of abusing and killing her 14-month-old daughter pleaded no contest earlier this week during a pre-trial hearing.
Police charged Veronica Lewis last May in the death of her daughter, Gianna Rice-Lewis, who was found unresponsive at a home along Grove Avenue.
