HARRISBURG, PA. (WOLF) — Danelo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer caught on surveillance footage escaping from the Chester County Prison, is facing more charges for theft committed while he was on the run, according to authorities.

PITTSBURGH -- A house fire that killed a 4-year-old girl and two women in Pittsburgh has been ruled an arson.
Authorities say 41-year-old Martell Smith allegedly set the fire that broke out early Wednesday. He allegedly had been involved in a bar fight earlier that night with a relative of the victims who also lived at the home.
Smith faces three counts of homicide, along with arson and drug charges, while 26-year-old Tiasia Malloy is charged with aggravated assault on an officer. Read More...
